Would you like to complete a draft of your “starter” resume that penetrates the
“hidden job market”? This course features resume strategies, formats, dos and don’ts and samples. You will also learn how to write simple and effective cover letters. A good cover letter introduces you and your resume, and is a very important part of the job search process. Recommended prerequisites : an old resume or complete work and education history, a copy of a job posting, copies of three job descriptions and transferable skills list from MCIS or ISEEK or attend a Skill Workshop.
