Candidates to fill Job Openings
On The Job Training Referrals

If you are an employer who is interested in training someone to fill a job opening you have, Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc., has a program called On-The-Job-Training.

We will refer candidates to your opening.  If you are interested in hiring one of them, we would enter into a contract with you whereby you would train the individual to do the job you need done and CEP would reimburse you for a percentage of the wages during the training period.  The length of the training period will depend on the difficulty of the job and the skills of the person you hire.

It’s a good way for you to get the new employee trained the way you want them trained, recoup a portion of the training costs and at the same time, give an individual good training for a new job.
